Glossary

Core terms used across the platform

A compact vocabulary for the language used throughout the product, methodology, and API documentation.

Definitions that make the rest of the platform easier to read

This glossary is intentionally short and operational. It exists to reduce friction when teams move between product, methodology, and data documentation.

Debt Regime
A distinct institutional lending format with its own filing structure, reporting cadence, and field vocabulary. Real Intelligence normalizes multiple regimes into one schema.
Normalized Debt
Loan data transformed from heterogeneous institutional source formats into a unified field model so it can be queried consistently across regimes.
Borrower SPV
A single-purpose entity used to hold or borrow against an asset. These structures often obscure the real sponsor or operating counterparty.
Entity Resolution
The process of tracing anonymous borrower structures to real counterparties, producing a usable ownership and sponsor lineage.
Confidence Model
The scoring framework used to express how certain the platform is about a data point or relationship, from confirmed through unverified.
Capital Graph
The relationship map connecting allocators, lenders, borrowers, sponsors, and properties into a confidence-aware network rather than isolated records.
Rate Environment Pressure
A derived measure of the pressure a loan may face from current rate context relative to its underlying financing assumptions.
Maturity Timing
A classification describing how near-term or operationally relevant a refinancing or capital event appears for a given loan.
Cross-Regime Intelligence
The ability to query and compare loans, entities, and capital relationships across multiple institutional debt regimes without manual stitching.
Sample Access
A scoped evaluation period with a data sample using your geographies and use case, so the platform can be tested against a real workflow before full adoption.
